The severity and the intensity of the Coronavirus has taken us all by surprise, as we watched it
become a global pandemic we at Moody’s reacted. As an essential business Moody’s has
remained open and will continue to stay open to service our customers. We have made
changes to our way of doing business while continuing to provide the best customer service
and quality repairs.
We reset our front offices with tables at the doors and encourage our customers to use the key
drop to have as little time in the offices as possible. We clean and disinfect offices and
encourage safe social distancing. Estimates are done with customers waiting in their cars and
can be handed to the customer at their car or emailed to them.
Our location leaders have a conference call each day to keep everyone aware of any new
information or changes that we may need to adapt. We encourage anyone with questions or
concerns to please reach out to their location leaders.
We want to thank our coworkers for their diligence to prevent the spread of the virus while
they continue to take care of our customers. We would also like to thank our customers for
their efforts to be safe and healthy working with our new protocols. We are here to continue
to provide the quality service and trust you expect from Moody’s that you have received for
over 42 years.
